Estimates

International sea estimates

Sea freight moves the most goods for the least money, and the whole quote turns on volume. Yembo measures it with a survey instead of assuming it, then prices the container, the lane, and the port charges in one estimate.

Priced the way ocean freight actually works

Container or groupage, decided by the survey

The surveyed volume says whether the shipment fills a 20-foot container, justifies a 40-foot one, or belongs in groupage sharing space with other shipments. The estimate prices the right answer instead of defaulting to the big box.

Lane rates with real dates

Ocean rates load per lane: origin, destination port, container size, and the shipping date window the rate is valid for. When carriers reprice a lane, the tariff takes a new rate with its own window instead of overwriting history.

Destination charges on the quote, not a surprise at the port

Destination terminal handling charges ride on the lane rate, so the estimate the customer signs already carries the port costs that ambush shipments quoted from a rate card alone.

Packing for export

Export wrapping, crating, and materials price from the same tariff, driven by the surveyed inventory, so the fragile line items are priced before the packers arrive.

Signed in their language, paid in their currency

Destination charges priced abroad convert into the quote's currency, and the documents render in the customer's language, so what the customer signs is what the customer pays, on both ends of the crossing.

The container decision is the estimate

The distance between a shipment that fits a 20-foot container and one that needs a 40-foot is thousands of dollars, and it is decided by cubic meters. A survey-measured volume makes that call defensible, which is what lets you quote it with confidence, before the packing crew finds out the hard way.
