Q&A: How AI Calms Frustrations and Saves Time at Ace Relocation

A Q&A with Jeannine Domingue from Ace Relocation Systems

We talked to Jeannine Domingue, a relocation specialist for Ace Relocation Systems, to see what it’s been like to use Yembo surveys on a daily basis. Here’s what she had to say.

Company Background

Ace Relocation Systems is a global moving, warehousing, and distribution company. It’s a family-owned business that has been providing professional relocation services for nearly 40 years.  

What Yembo AI technology do you use?

“We do more Smart Consults, but we do the Self-Survey when customers say they are too busy to do a live appointment.”

What challenges did you face before using Yembo AI?

“Before Yembo, customers had to download an app, and it was frustrating for customers—so was switching to FaceTime calls or in-person visits.”

Why Did You Choose Yembo Over a Video Survey Tool?

“With Facetime, I didn’t have a recording of the survey, so I wasn’t able to capture everything. The AI captures everything, whereas on a Facetime call, it’s very time-consuming. Now calls take half the time as before. FaceTime calls that took 45 minutes now take less than 30 minutes. It’s 10 minutes with Yembo versus 30 minutes on Facetime for smaller homes.” 

Can you describe your onboarding experience with Yembo AI?

“I thought it was absolutely fabulous. The training has been fabulous, and I had it pretty much down the first time.”

What are your customers saying about using Yembo surveys?

“Customers love using Yembo. There’s nothing to download, and customers love the Visual Inventory! It protects both the customer and our company and shows the customer we care about all the details of their move.”

What do customers enjoy most about Yembo AI Surveys?

“Customers love the Visual Inventory. They can see exactly what’s going on. If they add more weight, they can refer back to the inventory. I tell them, ‘If you end up having more items, please get back with me.’ It makes it a much smoother process with customers. Yembo surveys also protect the company and the customer. Customers can’t come back and say, ‘Oh, I’m not moving this.’”

How has adopting Yembo technology changed your business?

“It’s much faster with Yembo to provide a quote. We can do 4-6 appointments per week. It’s also just as accurate as with FaceTime but done in half the amount of time.”

What’s your favorite part of using Yembo? 

“The Visual Inventory is remarkable. To me, it shows the customer that we really care and says, ‘Here’s all the information you need.’”
